• We’ll schedule the work within your requested window

• If permits are needed, we’ll help guide you or work with your GC

We arrive clean, ready, and professional. Typical projects involve:

• Site prep and demolition (if needed)

• Foundation or footing construction

• CMU/block wall build

• Caps, finishes, or gates (if included)

🧾 Step 6: Final Invoice & Closeout

When work is complete:

• We’ll send your final invoice with a breakdown

• Offer guidance for future maintenance or add-ons

• Make sure you're 100% satisfied before we consider it done
